Thank you for considering to be part of our community at Peach Works, Inc. doing
business as Yaw AI ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). When you visit our website (the
"Website"), and more generally, use any of our services, product page, mobile or web
applications, or other digital products that link to or reference this Privacy Policy
(collectively with the Website referred to as the "Services"), you may provide to us your
personal information. In this Privacy Policy, we seek to explain to you clearly what
information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. Please
take some time to read through it carefully, as it will help you understand what we do
with the information that we collect. This Privacy Policy applies to all information
collected through our Services (which, as described above, includes our Website).
This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our Services as well as
any related services, sales, marketing or events.
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect personal information that you provide to us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions
with us and through the Services, the choices you make and the products and features
you use. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you
visit or register on the Website, use the Services, express an interest in obtaining
information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on
the Services (such as by posting messages in our online forums or entering
competitions, contests or giveaways) or otherwise when you contact us. The personal
information we collect may include the following:
Account Login.
In order to register for the Services, we will ask you to provide us with your existing
email address, like the email address associated with your Google or other email
provider account. We will collect your email address, your name, and your shopping
preferences. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and
accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
When You Use our Browser Extension.
We may automatically record certain information from your device by using various
types of technology, including “clear gifs" or “web beacons.” This automatically collected
information may include your Internet protocol, or IP, address or other device address or

ID, web browser and/or device type, web pages or sites that you visit, order information,
the content you view or interact with on our Services, and the dates and times that you
visit, access, or use our Services.
We may obtain information from third parties and sources outside of Yaw AI, such as
our partners, affiliates, and advertisers. This information may include, but is not limited
to, order references.
We also may collect browsing, product and e-commerce information, including but not
limited to product pages viewed, pricing information, location data, purchase history on
various merchant websites and services, the price you paid for items, whether a
purchase was made, and the promotions that you used (including information regarding
whether or not a coupon or coupon code is valid or effective). We may also collect
information on coupons and other discounts that you found using our Services, even if
you do not use such coupons, so that we may share this coupon and discount
information with other users.
Information automatically collected.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate our
Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or
contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP
address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences,
referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you
use our Services and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to
maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and
reporting purposes. Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies
and similar technologies, including cookies to help us correctly attribute affiliate links.

tablet or other device you use to access the Services. Depending on the device used,
this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server),
device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model
Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system and system

Information collected from other sources.
In order to enhance our ability to better identify products, offers and services that you
may be interested in, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as
public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, social
media platforms, as well as from other third parties. This information includes mailing
addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data (or user behavior
data), IP addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs and custom profiles. This
data will never be used for purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion.
If you interact with us on a social media platform using your social media account (such
as Facebook or X), we receive personal information about you such as your name,
email address, and gender. Any personal information that we collect from your social
media account depends on your social media account's privacy settings. If you would
like to opt out of sharing this information with us, please follow instructions in your social
media account privacy settings.
2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We use the information we collect or receive:
• To facilitate the account creation and logon process. When you provide us with the
email address associated with your email provider account (such as your Google
account), we use the information you allowed us to collect to facilitate account creation
and the logon process.
• To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Website that may contain personal
information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name
and the content of the testimonial. If you wish to update, or delete your testimonial,
please contact us and be sure to include your name, testimonial location, and contact
information.
• To deliver and improve the Services and your overall user experience.
• To protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
• To link or combine your information with other information.
• To compare and verify information for accuracy and update our records.

3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving
potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities; or (d) enforce our
Terms of Service or otherwise protect against any legal liability.

• Where we have entered into a contract with you, we may process your personal
information to fulfill the terms of our contract.
4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to
collect, access or store information. Please see the section titled “Information
automatically collected” above for more details. Specific information about how we use
such technologies and how you can opt out of certain cookies is set out under the
“YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES” section below.
5. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
If you choose to register or log in to our services using a social media account, we may
have access to certain information about you. Our Services may in the future offer you
the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (like
your Facebook or X logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile
information about you from your social media provider. The profile Information we

receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often
include your name, email address, friends list, profile picture as well as other
information you choose to make public on such social media platform. We will use the
information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Policy or
that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do
not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your
third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their Privacy Policy to
understand how they collect, use and share your personal information, and how you can
set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.
6. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?
We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third-party
providers who advertise, but are not affiliated with, our Services. The Services may
contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may
link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the
safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third
parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or
privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites,
services or applications that may be linked to or from the Services. You should review
the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this
Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by law. We will only keep your personal
information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy,
unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting
or other legal requirements). No purpose in this Privacy Policy will require us keeping
your personal information for longer than three (3) months past the termination of your
account.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal
information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not
possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup
archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any
further processing until deletion is possible.
7.5 HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA?
You can delete your account and data by opening the app, navigating to the settings
page and clicking 'Delete my Account'. Deletion may take 24 hours to process.

8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures
designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However,
despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic
transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to
be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or
other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly
collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect
your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our
Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure
environment.
9. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
Account information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or
terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user
account. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your
account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some
information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any
investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with applicable legal
requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies
Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can go to your
browser settings to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you
choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or
functionality of our Services.
Opting out of email marketing
You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the
unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details
provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list — however, we
may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related emails that are
necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service
requests, or for other non-marketing purposes. To otherwise opt-out of service-related
emails, you may access your account settings and update your preferences.
10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a
Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy

preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and
collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and
implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to
DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your
choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must
follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this
Privacy Policy.
11. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits
our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and
free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we
disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of
all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding
calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request,
please submit your request in writing.
.12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed to individuals who are under the age of 18 and we do not
solicit nor knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If
you believe that we have unknowingly collected any Personal Information from
someone under the age of 18, please contact us immediately and the information will be
deleted.
13. A NOTE TO USERS OUTSIDE OF UNITED STATES
Our Company is based in the United States. The Services are controlled and operated
by us from the United States and are not intended to subject us to the laws or
jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than the laws of the United States.
Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have
facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using the Services you
consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence,
including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from
those of your country. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies,
regulatory agencies or security authorities in those other countries may be entitled to
access your Personal Information.
14. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY?
Yes, we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be
indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as
soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may
elect to notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly
sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently to

be informed of how we are protecting your information. You acknowledge that your
continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to
our Privacy Policy means that the collection, use and sharing of your information is
